Municipal Corporation Murree invites open bids for the rehabilitation of an RCC path towards Dhoke Kalsi, located in Union Council Musyari, Murree, Punjab. This infrastructure project is being tendered through the newly introduced E-Tendering System in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014. The tender is aimed at qualified contractors to undertake the rehabilitation work in the Murree area, with procurement conducted transparently via the Punjab E-Procurement portal. The project represents a municipal commitment to improving local infrastructure in this hill station region.
All contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) are eligible to participate in this open e-tendering process. Bidders must first register on the Punjab E-Procurement System portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login. A bid security equivalent to 5 percent of the estimated project cost must be submitted electronically through the portal; physical instruments such as CDRs, pay orders, or bank guarantees are not acceptable. Contractors must quote item-wise rates only and comply with all PPRA regulations, with false information or fraudulent documents resulting in disqualification and potential referral to PEC and PPRA for legal action.
Bid documents are available on the Punjab E-Procurement portal, with rates to be quoted online by 27 August 2026 at 1:30 PM. Tender opening will occur on the same day at 2:30 PM in the office of Municipal Corporation Murree, attended by the Tenders Opening Committee and authorized contractor representatives. Only applicants who clear document scrutiny will have their bids opened. If the lowest bid is more than 5 percent below the DNIT, the winning bidder must deposit additional security as a call deposit or bank guarantee within 15 days, uploading scanned copies to the portal and submitting originals to the Municipal Corporation office.
