The Government Secondary School of Special Education for HI (Girls) Multan invites online bids through the E-Procurement System for the supply of uniform kits for approximately 200 enrolled special students covering both summer and winter seasons during financial year 2026–27. The estimated procurement value is PKR 25,00,000. This is a single-stage, two-envelope tender governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The uniforms must be supplied to the school located at X Block near Passport Office in Multan, Punjab, during office hours with all transportation and delivery charges borne by the successful bidder.
Bidders must be registered firms, suppliers, or manufacturers holding valid Income Tax, Sales Tax, and E-Procurement System registrations. Bid security of 3% of the estimated cost (PKR 75,000) must be submitted as a CDR in PDF format with the technical proposal and in original form before technical bid opening. Mandatory supporting documents include attested CNIC copy of the owner, GST certificate, income tax registration proof, sales and income tax returns for FY 2025–26, an affidavit on Rs. 100 stamp paper confirming no blacklisting or litigation, and an undertaking on legal stamp paper certifying compliance with all technical specifications.
Tender forms must be uploaded on E-PADS by 01-09-2026 at 10:00 AM, with technical bids opening the same day at 10:30 AM in the office of the Principal. Financial bids of technically qualified firms will be opened after the grievance period expires. All quoted rates must be inclusive of applicable taxes and must represent genuine market prices; unrealistically low bids will be rejected. The successful bidder must furnish a 5% performance guarantee before supply order issuance, take student measurements within 10 working days, and complete supply delivery within 30 days of the order.
