Description / Scope of Work
Govt. Special Education Centre Gojra invites electronic bids for the procurement of uniform items for special students for the financial year 2026-27 under Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 and PPRA Rules 2014 (amended to date). The estimated cost of procurement is PKR 60,00,000 (6 Million). The centre is located opposite Punjab College Bypass Road Gojra in Punjab province. This procurement is open to Federal Board of Revenue Income Tax and Sales Tax registered firms eligible to participate through the Punjab e-Procurement system.
Bidders must be registered suppliers on the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Bid security of 5 percent of the estimated cost (PKR 300,000 or Three Lac) is required and must be submitted or transferred online through the Punjab e-Procurement System in collaboration with Bank of Punjab. The successful bidder shall furnish a Performance Guarantee of 10 percent of the contract amount before issuance of the supply order and shall sign a formal contract agreement. All rates must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all applicable taxes, with tax deductions to follow government rules.
Bidding documents are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ and the PPRA website at https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk/. Electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Portal by October 12, 2026 at 10:00 am, with opening scheduled for October 21, 2026 at 10:30 am. Single stage one envelope bidding procedure will be followed. E-bid validity is six months from publication of the bid evaluation report. The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance according to PPRA Rule 35.
