The Local Government and Rural Development Department, Tehsil Pishtakhara in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is inviting sealed tenders for two major infrastructure development projects totalling approximately 150 million rupees. Bid security shall be submitted in the form of call deposits in favour of the Assistant Director, LG&RDD Tehsil Pishtakhara, prepared after NIT publication and before bid closing time. Technical and financial bids must be submitted through the EPADS electronic procurement system, with financial proposals sent separately via registered courier to the office address at Chamkani Mor Budhai Road, Peshawar.
Bid solicitation documents are available for download from www.eprocure.gov.pk. The deadline for online clarifications is 8 October 2026 at 12:00 PM. Electronic tender submission closes on 15 October 2026 at 12:00 PM, with technical bid opening scheduled for the same day at 1:00 PM in the department office. Financial bids will be opened only for technically responsive qualified bidders after technical evaluation, while non-responsive bids will be returned unopened. Bids remain valid for 120 days from the closing date. Contractors must register on EPADS to obtain unique credentials for participation.
