The Communication and Works Division No. II Swat, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids from eligible firms and bidders for the construction of access roads to new potential tourist sites in Malakand Division. The primary work is construction of Dad Sar Road spanning 9 kilometres on the package E-3 RD 6+000 to 9+000. This infrastructure development project is aimed at enhancing accessibility to tourist destinations in the region and falls under the Annual Development Programme for financial year 2026-27. The technical proposals will be opened on 20 October 2026 at 12:30 hours, with financial bids opening within 14 days after technical approval. Bids will be opened at the Office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division No. II Swat at Matta. All submission and correspondence must be conducted electronically through EPADS.
