Description / Scope of Work
The Communication and Works Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids from eligible firms and bidders for the construction, rehabilitation, widening and improvement of roads, bridges and culverts in Upper Swat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The work, referenced as ADP No. 1646/220658 (2026–27), comprises the construction and balance of Urdam Road (1 Km) in Swat and is classified as C–6 and above category. Bidders must submit complete bid details including bid security and additional security instrument information electronically via the E-PAK system (EPADS) at the time of bid submission.
