For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
PHC seeks a framework supplier for 17 stationery product lines totaling ~Rs 3.87M.
This is a multi-item, recurring-eligible contract rather than one-time supply—framework agreements typically allow quantity adjustments and repeat orders. Scale is medium; the per-item values suggest commodity printing (letterheads, envelopes, forms likely). Key operational point: online-only bidding via Punjab e-Procurement System with same-day opening reduces negotiation scope. Tight 2-week information window (20 Aug–3 Sep) for clarifications suggests straightforward specs.
Who can bid: Firms/companies in printing and stationery supplies. Must register with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax authorities. Typically requires valid NTN and provincial sales tax number. No PEC category stated (not construction). PHC Act 2010 registration may be implicit for vendor credibility but not explicitly mandated as a hard gate.
