Annual Maintenance of DELL Storage EMC Unity 380F by Pakistan State Oil Company Limited

Bidders must be DELL Authorized Business Partners in Pakistan with a currently valid partnership certificate from the original equipment manufacturer. A valid Manufacturer Authorization Form (MAF) for DELL Enterprise Storage hardware maintenance must be submitted with the bid. The bidder must demonstrate experience providing similar hardware maintenance services to at least two public listed or equivalent corporate companies within the last three years, supported by copies of official purchase or service orders. DELL Certified System or Storage Engineers with a minimum of five years' experience and valid certifications are mandatory. The bidder must maintain a DELL Authorized Parts Depot in Karachi stocking all critical components and replaceable units, with detailed information about the depot and service centers to be provided.
