Description / Scope of Work
Comsats University, Islamabad (Islamabad Campus) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of IT equipment and IT accessories under tender reference TN-771 EFS # 63091 with project reference P154590. This is a national level procurement advertised for the financial year 2026-27, utilizing reserved funds for eligible payments under a single-stage, two-envelope bidding process. The procurement will be evaluated using the Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2026. The bidding documents containing detailed specifications, terms and conditions are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) platform.
All eligible bidders must submit sealed bids accompanied by a bid security in the form of a pay order, demand draft, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to register themselves on ePADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. Electronic bids must be submitted through ePADS v2.0 on or before Monday, November 2, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM.
