This maintenance contract covers the comprehensive servicing, gas charging, and technical repair of various AC units to ensure consistent climate control throughout the fiscal year. Interested suppliers and contractors must be registered on the e-PADS portal and maintain an active filer status with both NTN and PNTN (Punjab Sales Tax) authorities. The bidding process will follow a single-stage, one-envelope procedure as per the Punjab Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) regulations.
