Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Management Sciences, Peshawar invites electronic bids for the repair and maintenance of air conditioners and related equipment at its campus located in Hayatabad, Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Tender documents containing detailed bidding procedures, terms and conditions, scope of work, and item specifications are available through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014. This procurement addresses the ongoing maintenance and operational requirements of the institute's air conditioning infrastructure across its Academic Block and associated facilities.
Eligible bidders must be duly registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in an appropriate category and hold valid registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Bid security of 2 percent of the total estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a bank draft or call deposit made payable to the Institute of Management Sciences, Peshawar. The original hard copy of the bank draft or call deposit must reach the Procurement Officer's office before the submission deadline. This is a single-stage, single-envelope tender processed under KPPRA regulations.
Electronic bids must be submitted through e-PADS by October 06, 2026 at 11:00 AM. The hard copy of earnest money must be delivered to the institute's office on or before the same deadline; late submissions will not be accepted. Bid opening will take place on October 06, 2026 at 11:30 AM through e-PADS in the presence of interested bidders and their authorized representatives at the Conference Room, Academic Block, Plot No. 1-A, Sector E-5, Phase-VII, Hayatabad, Peshawar.
