Description / Scope of Work
The Transformation of Punjab Resource Management & Policy Unit (TPRMPU) under the P&D Board in Lahore, Punjab is inviting sealed electronic bids for the procurement of stationary and general store items under a framework contract. The procurement is divided into four lots: Lot 1 covers stationary items, Lot 2 miscellaneous stationary items, Lot 3 general store items, and Lot 4 miscellaneous store items. This is a framework contract arrangement, initially for one year, allowing the procuring agency flexibility in ordering goods as required against the established rates. The contract will be managed from the TPRMPU office located at 06-Ahmad Block, Garden Town, Lahore.
Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant authorities as per government procurement regulations. All bids must include a bid security as specified in the bid data sheet, with bidders required to meet technical and financial qualification criteria. Bidders must submit documents establishing their eligibility, capability to supply the required goods, and compliance with all terms and conditions outlined in the bidding documents. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to vary quantities at the time of contract award.
Bid documents are available as outlined in the instruction to bidders section, with e-bids to be submitted by the deadline specified in September 2026. Opening of bids will be conducted by the procuring agency with confidentiality maintained throughout the evaluation process. Technical evaluation will assess conformity of goods to specifications, and post-qualification of the successful bidder will be conducted before contract award.
