Description / Scope of Work
The Azad Jammu and Kashmir Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (AJK BISE), Sector F/3, Mirpur invites sealed bids for the supply of various items and services under a single procurement process divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers General Stationery Items and Marking Cloth (items 1 to 65 as per Stationary Items list) with a CDR value of Rs. 10,00,000, while Lot 2 covers Toner, Printing Supplies and Consumables Items (items 1 to 24 as per Computer Items list) with a CDR value of Rs. 6,00,000. The total estimated procurement value is Rs. 16,00,000. This is a Single Stage – Single Envelope Procedure where technical and financial proposals are submitted simultaneously. Bids are invited from registered firms, dealers, resellers, authorized partners, and IT firms operating in Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
Eligible bidders must be registered firms and are required to submit Call Deposit Receipts (CDR) of the respective amounts from a Scheduled Bank in the name of the Secretary, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Mirpur. The CDR must be valid for a minimum of 120 days from the date of bid opening. An affidavit confirming that the contractor or firm has not been blacklisted by any Ministry, Division, Department or Organization of the Government is mandatory. Black-listed firms are not permitted to apply. All bidding must comply with the Public Procurement Rules, 2017.
Interested firms may obtain the bidding documents by submitting a written application to the Secretary, AJK BISE, along with a non-refundable payment of Rs. 2,000 for each set via AJK BISE Online Challan, 1Bill Invoice (Other Bank Mobile Apps, JazzCash or EasyPaisa), HBL Mobile App or HBL Konnect. Sealed bids must be submitted before 11:30 am on 22-09-2026, and will be opened on the same day at 12:30 pm in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
