Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division Khyber, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites bids through the EPADS electronic procurement portal for the construction of sanitation schemes, drinking water supply systems, and solar-based pressure pumps across various union councils and areas of District Khyber. This works contract is valued at PKR 55.767 million and is categorized as a single-stage two-envelope procurement following the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules 2014. The project scope encompasses multiple infrastructure installations aimed at improving water and sanitation services in rural and semi-rural areas throughout the district.
Bidders must meet basic eligibility criteria including active registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). Bid security is required at two percent of the engineer's estimated cost. Technical and financial bids must be submitted through EPADS before the closing deadline, with original bid security documents submitted physically in sealed envelopes marked as Financial Bid. Technical bids will be opened on 22nd September 2026 at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
