Description / Scope of Work
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Care Commission invites sealed bids from registered companies, firms and individual proprietors for the procurement of laptops and photocopier machines under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules 2014. This is a single stage, single envelope procurement process conducted through the EPADS portal. The procurement is issued by the KP Health Care Commission, located in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, and bidders are required to demonstrate their capacity and capability to supply the required goods in accordance with specified technical specifications, terms and conditions outlined in the standard bidding document.
Eligible bidders must be reputed and registered with the relevant authorities. All bidders are required to submit their proposals electronically through the EPADS system. All bids must be submitted on the EPADS system by 11:00 AM on 21 September 2026, with proposals opening at 11:30 AM on the same date.
