Description / Scope of Work
The Communication & Works Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids for the construction of access roads to new potential tourist sites in Malakand Division under ADP No:1751/251475 (2026-27). The project comprises six packages totalling approximately Rs 2.58 crore, involving the construction of 9-kilometre Dad Sar Road across three packages (Package 1 to 3, RD 0+000 to 9+000) and the 9-kilometre Manago Karorai Kandaw Road across three packages (Package 1 to 3, RD 0+000 to 9+000), all located in Malakand Division. Completion is as per work order. This is a single-stage two-envelope procurement under KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) utilising the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System.
