Description / Scope of Work
The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) at Govt. College of Technology Bhakkar invites competitive bids for the procurement of training material for the Building Painter Trade under a Single Stage One Envelope procedure. The estimated procurement value is Rs. 1,434,000/- and the tender reference number is GCT/BKR/2026-27/02. This procurement is scheduled for the financial year 2026-27 and will support vocational training delivery at the Bhakkar institution in Punjab province.
Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers registered with both the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments of Pakistan. A refundable bid security of Rs. 71,700/- (representing 5% of the estimated amount) must be deposited electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bidders are required to submit their Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates along with all other documents as specified in the bidding documents. The evaluation will be conducted on an accumulative cost basis using the least cost method to identify the lowest evaluated bidder.

Completed bids must be submitted online through the E-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 11:00 AM on 19 September 2026. Bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM.
