Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Safe Cities Authority invites bids for procurement of services and supplies for repair and maintenance of Revo Hilux vehicles under a framework contract. This is a cumulative bid price procurement conducted through single stage two envelope methodology in compliance with Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. The tender is issued for the Punjab region and encompasses ongoing vehicle maintenance and repair services for the Authority's fleet. The contract will be established through e-procurement via the Punjab E-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/, with interested bidders required to register on the portal to submit their bids.
Bidders must meet eligibility criteria as per Punjab Procurement Rules and regulations applicable to service providers. Specific license requirements, registration with relevant authorities, and compliance with procurement standards will apply. Bid security must be submitted in the prescribed format with technical and financial bids submitted separately as per the two-envelope system requirements.
Bid documents are available through the Punjab E-Procurement Portal. Bidders should register on the system and submit their applications online. In case of technical difficulties, bidders may contact support at https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk/e-procurement. Bid submission deadline is 21 September 2026. Hard copies of bid security and financial bids with technical bids on portable USBs may be submitted only if the system encounters technical issues and applications are recorded in the system. No hard copy bids will be accepted if no bids appear in the electronic system.
