Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government and Rural Development Department in Karak, KPK, invites sealed tenders for multiple beautification and infrastructure uplifting projects under ADP No. 942/251119. The scope of work is divided into several lots, including the construction of a Welcome Gate at Jail Chowk, the installation of new solar street lights from Jail Chowk to Khushal Khan Khattak University, and the replacement of existing solar lights along Tappi Road. Additionally, the project includes beautification works and the construction of waiting sheds at various NCs and VCs in Tehsil Karak and Banda Daud Shah. The estimated costs range from 11.44 million to 33.73 million PKR per sub-work. Eligible government contractors must be registered with the PEC and enlisted with the C&W Department for the 2025-26 financial year. Bidding will follow a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, and all proposals must be submitted through the EPADS portal with a 2% bid security in the form of a call deposit."
