Description / Scope of Work
Horticulture Agency Nankana Sahib invites sealed bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for two construction works: Work No.1 involves the construction of a green house facility at HA Nankana Sahib, and Work No.2 comprises the provision and installation of poles with solar lights in parks at Ahmed Shah Road, Nankana Sahib, Punjab. The total estimated cost for both works is 2.941 million Pakistani Rupees. The bidding process shall be conducted in line with the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, open to all eligible bidders with valid Pakistan Engineering Council licenses for the current financial year 2026-27.
Bidders must be duly licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System in the category relevant to the value of the works. A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost must be deposited as per the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders shall not have a conflict of interest and must upload all required bid documents and scanned copies of bid security on the e-Procurement portal. Incomplete, wrongly filled, or unfilled bids will be considered non-responsive and rejected from the evaluation process.

Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 10:00 AM PST on the closing date of 13 October 2026. Bid opening shall occur at 11:00 AM PST on the same day at the Horticulture Agency Nankana Sahib office in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The completion time for works is 45 days after issuance of the work order, with penalties applicable for failure to meet the time constraint as per bidding document conditions.
