Description / Scope of Work
LG&CD Civil Division Gujrat invites electronic bids from eligible contractors and firms for the construction of roads, streets, drains and culverts across multiple villages in Gujrat District, Punjab. The procurement encompasses nine separate schemes with a combined estimated cost of PKR 215.500 million, covering infrastructure development in rural settlements including Mohalla Allena, Village Bega Bamian, Village Saroki, Village Dhoeeder, Village Nagrianwala, Village Jasoki, Village Ghoraya, Village Hariawala and Village Khatala. Bid security of 5% of estimated cost must be submitted as a Digital Bank Guarantee through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidding documents containing detailed instructions, specifications, eligibility criteria and bill of quantities may be downloaded free of cost from the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA Punjab website. Performance security equal to 10% of contract price is required upon acceptance through SWIFT MT760. The tender shall be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. All prevailing Government of Punjab laws and procurement procedures shall apply throughout the process.
