Description / Scope of Work
The Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education, Faisalabad invites sealed bids for the purchase of different kinds of IT items required for on-screen marking systems. This is a single-stage two-envelope procurement under PPRA Rules with a total estimated value of PKR 8,86,70,000. The tender is open to eligible bidders who register and submit bids exclusively through the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) portal. The scope encompasses various IT equipment and components necessary to support the board's digital examination marking infrastructure. All bidding must be conducted online; no hardcopy submissions will be accepted. Bid rates must be quoted inclusive of all taxes on an F.O.R basis.
Bidders must submit bid security online through the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) in collaboration with Bank of Punjab as per the established procedure. Tender validity is set at 120 days from the last date of tender submission. Interested parties should possess relevant registration with appropriate authorities and must demonstrate technical and financial capability to supply the required IT items. The evaluation will be conducted lot-wise, and only technically qualified bids meeting specifications will proceed to financial evaluation.

The last date for submission of tenders is 29-09-2026 until 11:00 a.m., with technical bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 a.m. in the presence of the purchase committee and firm representatives.
