Pakistan Revenue Automation (Private) Limited invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of laptops under two separate tenders: Tender No. 56 for the supply of 150 laptops and Tender No. 57 for the supply of 40 laptops. The procurement is being conducted through electronic bidding via the EPADS portal to ensure transparency and competitive pricing. Bidders must be registered on the EPADS platform to access detailed bidding documents containing complete technical specifications, commercial terms, conditions, and evaluation criteria for both tender packages.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the EPADS system and comply with all requirements specified in the electronic bidding documents available on both https://epads.gov.pk and https://epms.ppra.gov.pk. Bidders are required to prepare proposals strictly in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents. All electronic proposals must comply with the technical and commercial specifications outlined to ensure proper evaluation and award of contract.
Bidders must submit their electronic proposals through EPADS on or before 22nd September 2026 at 03:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 03:30 PM. The Goods and Services Council constituted under Rule-48 of the Public Procurement Rules 2004 will evaluate all proposals.
