For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
PSO is seeking contractors to repaste blue vinyl branding on 67 spreader signage units across Di-Khan Division retail outlets—a straightforward service work with fixed quantity and location.
The procurement is small-scale and appears one-off rather than recurring. Critical note: stringent HSE compliance and indemnification clauses place substantial liability on the contractor for accidents or property damage, with full cost recovery on PSO account. The 11-day submission window is tight; quotation must be cost-inclusive (labour, materials, transport, taxes all-in) with no escalation permitted.
Who can bid: The RFQ does not explicitly state registration or licensing requirements. Contractors typically require SECP registration (for companies) or NTN certificate, membership in PSO's approved vendor list, valid PEC or relevant sectoral certification, and HSE compliance capability. Ability to provide certified workers and insurance coverage is implied by the stringent liability and safety clauses.
