Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (MIS) is procuring one laptop as part of its planned capital expenditure for the financial year 2026-27. The tender, referenced as P113182, is for the supply and delivery of a single laptop unit to support the Management Information Systems Department operations at the PNSC Building in Karachi, Sindh. This is a goods procurement using the Single Stage-One Envelope method under the Least Cost Based Selection technique, governed by the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The procurement is open to eligible national and international bidders registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0.
Bidders must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the bidding documents and submit a bid security in the form of a Pay Order or a bid securing declaration as specified. All bids must comply with the technical specifications and commercial terms detailed in the tender documentation. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, 22 September 2026 at 03:00 PM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 03:30 PM. Manual bid submission is not accepted.
