The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) invites bids for hiring an event management company to organize and execute the FoodAg-2026 exhibition at the Expo Centre in Karachi from 23rd to 26th November 2026. This is a non-consultancy services procurement under a single-stage, two-envelope bidding process. The scope encompasses complete event management services including planning, coordination, logistics, vendor management, on-site execution, and post-event activities for what is expected to be a significant international food and agribusiness trade exhibition.
