Description / Scope of Work
Kinnaird College for Women, Lahore, invites sealed electronic bids for the supply and fixing of a complete sound system for the college auditorium under PPRA Rules 2014. The tender value is estimated at PKR 3,000,000 and covers items 1 to 4 as detailed in the tender documentation. The project is located in Lahore, Punjab, and bidders must participate through the Punjab e-procurement portal. This is a single-stage two-envelope bidding process open to well-established firms, companies, and sole agents registered for income tax and sales tax with the Federal Board of Revenue.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the FBR for both income tax and sales tax purposes and engaged in trading or supply of sound systems. All bids must be accompanied by earnest money equivalent to five percent of the estimated price, totalling PKR 150,000, which will be retained as security deposit upon successful execution of the order. Original bid security documents, stamp papers, and samples (if required) must be physically submitted at bid closing time, while all other mandatory documents and technical specifications must be uploaded to the e-procurement portal.
Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA website (http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the Punjab e-procurement portal (http://ep.punjab.gov.pk).
