Description / Scope of Work
University of Okara, a public sector university established under Government of the Punjab Act XIII of 2016, invites sealed bids from GST and Income Tax registered firms for the hiring of transportation services to provide pick and drop facility for university students. Two separate lots are being procured: Lot #6 with an estimated cost of Rs 5,000,000 and Lot #7 with an estimated cost of Rs 10,000,000, making this a combined procurement valued at Rs 15,000,000. The service will be required across the university campus located on the Multan Road, Renala Khurd By Pass, Okara, in Punjab province. The procurement follows the single stage, one envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
Bidders must be GST and Income Tax registered manufacturers, firms, or authorized distributors with valid registration. Bid security of Rs 100,000 is required for Lot #6 and Rs 200,000 for Lot #7. Eligible suppliers must provide proof of registration with relevant tax authorities and compliance with procurement regulations. Only registered and compliant bidders meeting the specified financial and statutory requirements will be considered for evaluation.
Bidding documents are available free of cost from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be uploaded on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal on or before 21-09-2026 by 10:30 AM. Tender opening will occur on the same day at 11:00 AM at the Committee room, University of Okara.
