Punjab Police Department, Central Police Office in Lahore invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified firms and suppliers for framework supply contracts across fourteen categories for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement covers Hot and Cold supplies (780,000 PKR), Stationery (19,300,000 PKR), Printing and Publication (1,730,000 PKR), Conference and Seminars (3,867,000 PKR), Computer Stationery (6,400,000 PKR), Other Stores Items (11,000,000 PKR), Miscellaneous Petty Articles (24,782,000 PKR), Entertainment and Gifts (8,000,000 PKR), Computer Hardware (1,976,000 PKR), Machinery Repair (10,707,000 PKR), Furniture Repair (2,668,000 PKR), IT Equipment (5,000,000 PKR), Uniform Articles (1,000,000 PKR), and Furniture and Fixture (12,500,000 PKR), with total estimated value exceeding 109 million PKR. The procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 from the CPO Complex, 3rd Floor, Bank Road, Near Old Anarkali, Lahore.
Eligible bidders must be well-reputed firms with previous experience, financially sound and registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax departments as specified in the bidding documents. Bid Security amounts are specified per tender category, ranging from 23,400 PKR to 743,460 PKR, and must be submitted or transferred online through the e-Procurement System in collaboration with Bank of Punjab. Tender Nos. 1 to 11 follow Single Stage-One Envelope Procedure while Tender Nos. 12, 13 and 14 follow Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure. Valid NTN and Income Tax registration certificates and other statutory documents must accompany the bid where applicable.
