Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites e-bids under National Competitive Bidding for Remodelling and Modification Works in the Existing 2nd Floor of TMA Building including Partitions and Construction of New Toilet Block for HAZECO Offices in Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The estimated project cost is Rs. 19,970,370 and the work falls under PEC Category C-6 and Above (EE-04, CE-10). This invitation is issued under PPRA rules with e-PADS and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration requirements for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders must be registered with PPRA including use of e-PADS and hold current PEC registration. The single-stage one-envelope bidding method will be employed in accordance with PPRA regulations.
Eligibility requirements mandate that bidders must be natural persons, private entities, or government-owned enterprises active as FBR taxpayers, excluding Joint Ventures. Bidders must have successfully completed at least two civil contracts within the past five years with individual contract values not less than fifty percent of the estimated project cost, supported by documentary evidence. Financial records must be audited or duly certified by a registered firm with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan for the last three years. The bid security must be submitted as three percent of the estimated project cost in the form of CDR from scheduled Pakistani banks favoring HAZECO, and bidders quoting ten percent or more below the engineer's estimate must submit an additional two percent bid security.

Bidders must apply through the E-PAiDS portal (http://www.epaicoare.gov.pk) following PPRA procedures. The bid opening date is 25 September 2026 at 11:30 hours.
