For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
The hospital seeks twenty AC units (mix of 1.5T and 2T) plus fifty meters of copper piping—a moderate-value equipment supply contract without installation complexity since manufacturers provide turnkey setup.
Notably tight timeline: bidders have roughly nine days from notice publication to document procurement and bid submission. Preferred makes (Gree, Kenwood, Haier) are well-established; equivalents acceptable. This appears a one-off procurement rather than framework, but the hospital's scale suggests potential for future repeat orders if supplier performs well.
Who can bid: The notice does not explicitly state registration or license requirements. Bidders typically must hold NTN and be registered with SECP if a company, or hold NTN if sole proprietor. Suppliers of air conditioning equipment typically require PEC-G category (HVAC/mechanical) or equivalent trade registration. Authorized dealers of approved makes (Gree, Kenwood, Haier) would be preferred.
