Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited invites bids for a Frame Agreement for the supply of VRLA (Valve Regulated Lead Acid) and Lithium-Ion Batteries on DDP-PKR and CPT-USD basis. The procurement is issued under tender reference PROC. 4-2/2/180826/4920 and covers supply of batteries to PTCL in accordance with specified technical requirements and company standards. The tender is open to interested bidders across Pakistan, with submission through SAP Ariba portal as the sole submission channel. This is a framework agreement procurement, indicating recurring or ongoing supply arrangements for battery products.
Bidders must be vendor-registered with PTCL and must submit a technical proposal in the first stage. Commercial proposals will be requested only from technically qualified bidders. Bid security of Pakistani Rupees 01 million (PKR 1,000,000) in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Pay Order from a first-class scheduled bank is mandatory and must be valid for six months from issuance. Non-compliance with bid security requirements will result in automatic disqualification. Vendor Registration Code (VR Code) assigned by PTCL must be clearly mentioned on all submitted bids. Unregistered vendors must complete registration prior to bidding to establish a continuous business relationship with PTCL.
Bids must be marked as "RFP # Proc. 4-2/2/180826/4920 – Supply of VRLA and Lithium-Ion Batteries" and submitted complete in all aspects through the SAP Ariba portal at https://portal.us.bn.cloud.ariba.com/dashboard/public/appext/comsapsbncdiscoveryui#/RfxEvent/preview/1110024361?anId=ANONYMOUS before 5:00 PM on 23 September 2026. PTCL reserves the right to reject any or all bids and annul the bidding process without incurring liability or obligation to inform bidders of grounds for rejection.
