Security services contract for ZBC Chamkani facility managed by TransPeshawar.
Bidders must hold active FBR and KPRA registrations with tax compliance status. The 18-day submission window is moderately tight. Pre-bid conference on September 16 provides opportunity to clarify scope and security requirements. Appears to be a discrete security provision contract rather than a framework arrangement.
Who can bid: Service providers must be registered with FBR and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), with current inclusion on both authorities' Active Tax Payer List (ATL). No specific security licensing body is mentioned; typically such contracts require provincial security licensing and clearance from relevant law enforcement authorities.
