Bacha Khan University Charsadda invites sealed bids for the procurement of a photocopier machine including installation, commissioning, configuration and test operation. Bidding documents must be submitted electronically through the KPPRA EPAD system with one hard copy each of the technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes delivered to the Treasurer's office before the deadline of 06 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. The original 2 percent CDR shall accompany the financial proposal, while an affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming CDR attachment must be enclosed with the technical proposal. A scanned copy of the bid security must also be uploaded to the KPPRA EPAD system. Bid opening will occur on the same date at 11:30 AM.
