Description / Scope of Work
Muhammad Nawaz Shareef University of Agriculture Multan invites electronic bids from Income Tax and Sales Tax registered firms, authorized distributors, dealers and suppliers for the purchase of IT equipment under the University Budget 2026-27. The procurement is divided into four lots with an aggregate estimated cost of Rs. 8,904,500: LOT-I Rs. 1,432,900, LOT-II Rs. 5,436,800, LOT-III Rs. 810,800, and LOT-IV Rs. 1,224,000. Bidders may participate in one or more lots as per their capability. The bidding will be conducted on a single-stage two-envelope procedure basis under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, rule 38(2)(a). The university is located in Multan, Punjab.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and to possess established technical, financial and managerial credentials. A bid security of 5 percent of the estimated cost of each lot must be submitted by eligible bidders. Bidders must meet all statutory and regulatory requirements as applicable to suppliers and vendors in Pakistan. The university reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance as per clause 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
Bidding documents are available immediately on the Punjab e-Procurement System at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 11:00 AM on 01-10-2026, with opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day. Bidders are advised that in case of an official holiday on the closing date, the next working day will be treated as the closing date.
