Description / Scope of Work
The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) at Govt. College of Technology Mianwali, Punjab, invites competitive e-bids for the procurement of training material for the Steel Fixer Trade. The estimated contract value is Rs. 1,298,910 under a Single Stage One Envelope national competitive bidding procedure. This is a one-time procurement for vocational training equipment and materials required to support the Steel Fixer Trade programme at the college located in Mianwali, Punjab.
Bidders must be active tax payers registered with both the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department of Pakistan. A refundable bid security of Rs. 25,979 (2 per cent of estimated amount) must be deposited electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bidders are required to submit valid income tax and sales tax registration certificates along with their bids. The evaluation will be based on cumulative rates for the entire tender using the least cost method.
Bidding documents are available free of cost on www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and must be downloaded before submission. All bids must be submitted online through the E-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 11:00 AM on 26 September 2026. Bids will be opened publicly on the same date at 11:30 AM.
