For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

PIDE is prequalifying suppliers for a 12-month framework agreement on stationery and hygienic items supply through call-off contracts.

This is a recurring procurement model rather than a one-off tender, indicating potential for regular orders if prequalified. The advertised closing date of 28 September 2026 lies in the future, offering a typical prequalification window. Scale appears medium-to-large given institutional procurement scope. Bidders must demonstrate prior experience, financial soundness, and clean litigation record; call-off contracts will follow prequalification.

Who can bid: National suppliers are eligible. The notice requires evidence of past completed contracts, financial capacity assessment, average annual turnover documentation, and historical non-performance/litigation history. Typically for supply of goods contracts in Pakistan, applicants must hold valid NTN registration, valid sales tax registration if applicable, and meet category-specific requirements set by PIDE or the funding authority.
