Description / Scope of Work
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB), based in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is inviting sealed bids for the procurement of stationery items under tender reference P117958. This is a goods procurement for the fiscal year 2026-27 with funds reserved for eligible payments under the contract. The procurement will be conducted using a Single Stage-One Envelope methodology employing the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable regulations issued by the procurement authority. The detailed specifications and requirements for the stationery items are contained in the complete bidding documents.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security as specified in the Bid Security Section of the bidding document, or alternatively by a bid securing declaration in the format provided. Bidders are required to be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM using EPADS v2.0. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained. Interested bidders should register on EPADS v2.0 and submit their proposals electronically.
