Description / Scope of Work
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Bahawalpur invites bids for hiring services related to the On-Screen Marking System (OSM) and digital variable printing of answer sheets for Intermediate 2nd Annual examinations in 2026. The project encompasses template designing, digital printing with encrypted variable QR codes, auto stapling, scanning, packing, indexing, cropping, e-marking answer sheet printing and provision of supporting software. This is an integrated e-marking project designed as a one-window solution for the board's examination operations in Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be registered under the Sales Tax Act and Income Tax, with active taxpayer status and good reputation. All firms, suppliers, contractors and distributors with a minimum of five years of experience in this field may participate. Bidders must not be under blacklisting declaration by Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) or by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Bahawalpur. Bid security of 5 percent of the estimated price must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System before tender closing.
Bidding documents are available for download from the PPRA website (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) and BISE Bahawalpur website (bisebwp.edu.pk). Bids will only be accepted through the Punjab e-Procurement System; no other submission method will be entertained.
