Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Committee Sadiqabad invites electronic bids from registered firms, companies and traders engaged in trading for the supply of goods and services under a framework agreement for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is to be conducted through single stage single envelope procedures via the Punjab e-Procurement System (E-Procurement). Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities including PEC license, Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments. The framework agreement will enable the Municipal Committee to place orders for required supplies throughout the fiscal year 2026-27 in Sadiqabad, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be firms, companies or traders with valid registration from all relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including PEC license, Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. E-bids shall be submitted online through the E-Procurement portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders are required to upload their complete bid documents well before the submission deadline to avoid technical issues. The Municipal Committee shall not be held responsible for any submission failures or technical problems on the e-procurement portal.

Electronic bids must be submitted by 30 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM at Jinnah Hall, Municipal Committee Sadiqabad.
