Description / Scope of Work
The Social Welfare and Bait Ul Maal Department, Multan Division, invites electronic bids for hiring of qualified and experienced firms to provide comprehensive venue and catering services for collective marriage ceremonies across Multan Division, covering districts of Multan, Vehari, Khanewal, and Lodhran. The procurement is on a framework contract basis for the financial year 2026-27, with scope targeting arrangement of approximately 5,000 marriages district-wise, each accommodating an estimated 12,100 guests. The service scope encompasses provision of venue or hall with adequate seating and decoration, sofas and stage setup for couples, catering and local food arrangements either cooked on-site or locally procured, ambient lighting and sound systems, display arrangements, guest management and security coordination, and weather proofing measures for all events.
Eligible bidders must be registered firms with relevant experience in large-scale event management and catering services. Typical requirements include valid National Tax Number (NTN), business registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), and documented experience in similar ventures.
