For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

EIDMC seeks prequalified headhunting and executive search firms for an open framework agreement to supply on-demand talent acquisition services.
This is a recurring, call-off based arrangement rather than a one-time contract, allowing selected vendors repeat engagements without re-tendering for each recruitment need. Scope and budgeted value are not disclosed in this prequalification notice. The framework structure suggests moderate to large recurring demand, but tight October 2026 deadline permits limited preparation time for documentation and EPADS portal registration.
Who can bid: Open to National Applicants meeting prequalification criteria. The notice does not specify professional licenses, PEC category, or SECP/NTN registration requirements. Typically, headhunting firms must be registered with FBR (NTN), possess a valid business registration, and demonstrate relevant experience in executive recruitment or staffing services.
