Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) Lahore invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of services and supplies for Revo Hilux vehicles repair and maintenance. The estimated contract value is PKR 10,382,168 inclusive of all applicable taxes. This procurement covers repair, maintenance and related supplies for Revo Hilux fleet vehicles operated by PSCA in Lahore, Punjab. The scope encompasses comprehensive vehicle servicing, parts replacement, diagnostic work and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operational readiness of the authority's transport fleet.
Bidders must comply with the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as stipulated in the tender documents and PPRA guidelines. Sealed bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System and must reach the PSCA office on or before 1100 hours PST on September 21, 2026. Eligible bidders are required to meet all technical and financial qualifications specified in the bidding documents and should possess relevant experience in automotive repair and maintenance services for heavy-duty vehicles.

Bids will be opened on the same date at 1130 hours PST in the presence of bidders' representatives at the PSCA office located at PPIC3 Centre Qurban Police Line Lahore.
