Description / Scope of Work
SSGC Procurement Department invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of spares for a Fuji Elevator installed at KT under reference P116242. This is a goods procurement for FY 2026-27, conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) using Single Stage-One Envelope and Least Cost Based Selection methodology in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. The procurement is located at Karachi, Sindh, and covers elevator maintenance and spare parts required for ongoing operational support. The contract is administered by SSGC Procurement Department, ST-4/B Block 14, Sir Shah Suleman Road, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security or a Bid Securing Declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to meet eligibility criteria as outlined in the bidding document and possess relevant technical capability to supply genuine elevator spares compatible with Fuji elevator systems. Bidders should carefully review all terms, conditions, specifications and related service requirements before submission.
E-Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and all requirements are available on EPADS v2.0 at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/116242. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 on or before Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 12:00 PM, with e-bid opening scheduled for the same day at 12:30 PM.
