Description / Scope of Work
Comsats University, Islamabad (Wah Campus) invites sealed bids for the procurement of fire extinguishers under FY 2026-27 budgeted funds. This is a goods procurement contract for safety equipment to be supplied and delivered to the Wah Campus, located in Wah Cantt., Rawalpindi, Punjab Province. The procurement follows the Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding methodology using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique, governed by the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable regulatory guidelines issued by the procurement authority.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform to participate. All bids must be accompanied by bid security or a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. Bidders should ensure compliance with all eligibility criteria, evaluation criteria, and technical specifications detailed in the standard bidding document before submission.
