Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Deputy Commissioner, District Kot Addu, invites electronic bids from eligible bidders registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System for the procurement of office furniture, fixtures, IT equipment, and electrical appliances. The procurement is divided into three separate lots with a combined estimated value of PKR 4,045,000 for the financial year 2026-27. Lot 1 covers furniture and fixtures valued at PKR 795,000, Lot 2 covers IT equipment valued at PKR 1,650,000, and Lot 3 covers electrical appliances valued at PKR 1,600,000. The procurement will be conducted in Kot Addu, Punjab, through open competitive bidding under the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended).
Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and are required to submit bid security equivalent to 2.0 percent of the estimated cost for each lot electronically through the system. Bid security must be submitted in electronic form only; no physical financial instruments such as Call Deposit Receipts, Pay Orders, or Bank Guarantees will be accepted. Bidders are required to provide a valid NTN certificate and Sales Tax registration certificate. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all proposals at any time prior to acceptance of a bid.
Bidding documents are available for immediate download from the Punjab e-Procurement System portal at www.ep.punjab.gov.pk and the PPRA website at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/view/Tender.aspx. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by the deadline specified in the tender notice. Technical proposals will be opened at the Office of the Deputy Commissioner Kot Addu. In the event that the bid submission date falls on a public holiday, bids shall be opened on the next working day. Taxes and stamp duty will be deducted as per applicable government rules.
