Description / Scope of Work
Sukkur IBA University invites electronic bids through the EPADS platform for the supply and installation of eight categories of equipment and services for the university and its sub-campuses. The tender covers photocopiers, computer systems, firewalls, high jump mats with poles, furniture and fixtures, enterprise NAS storage for backup and archiving, U.2 NVMe SSDs for Sangfor HCI cluster, and firefighting equipment. The total estimated value spans multiple items ranging from Rs 1.7 million to Rs 11 million, with a combined procurement scope reflecting the institution's operational and infrastructural requirements across its Sukkur campus and satellite locations. Bidders must be registered with income tax and sales tax departments and possess relevant experience in supplying similar items.
Eligible bidders must be experienced firms with valid tax registrations from federal and provincial authorities. Bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost is mandatory, to be submitted as a pay order, demand draft, or bank guarantee in favour of Sukkur IBA University. The bid security amounts vary by item: Rs 121,000 for the photocopier, Rs 89,600 for computer systems, Rs 220,000 for the firewall, Rs 105,000 for high jump mats, and Rs 34,000 for furniture and fixtures. Bidders are instructed to quote separately on the EPADS portal for each item and may submit bids for all items or any combination thereof.
Bidding documents are available for download from www.iba-suk.edu.pk and https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS only; manual submissions will not be accepted. The deadline for submission is 05 October 2026 at 3:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 3:30 PM. Bidders should submit their best and final price as no negotiations are permitted.
