This single-stage tender invites sealed bids for the electrification of remaining areas across AJ&K District Neelum under Part-V of an ongoing rural electrification programme. Eligible bidders must hold valid PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) registration or equivalent professional engineering qualifications appropriate to their proposed package.
