Description / Scope of Work
The Urban Sector Planning and Management Services Unit (Private) Limited invites sealed bids under single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure for the procurement of IT equipment through Punjab e-Procurement System. The procurement includes laptops (quantity 12), Apple MacBooks (quantity 1), Apple iPads (quantity 3), desktop computers (quantity 2), paper shredders, external hard drives, and document scanners with a total estimated amount of PKR 8,683,000 inclusive of all taxes. The procurement is being conducted in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and is registered on Punjab e-Procurement System with relevant authorities including Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Income Tax and Sales Tax (GST) Departments. Location of execution is Lahore, Punjab.
Interested bidders must be registered on Punjab e-Procurement System to participate. Bid security amounts are specified for each lot, ranging from 1% to 5% of estimated amounts depending on the item category. All bidders must submit complete tender documents through Punjab e-Procurement System containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions. Bidders or their authorized representatives are welcome to attend bid opening. The procurement shall be carried out through Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with applicable procurement rules and regulations.

The deadline for submitting bids is Wednesday, 7 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM at the address of The Urban Unit, 503 Shaheen Complex, Egerton Road, Lahore.
