Description / Scope of Work
SSGC Procurement Department invites bids for construction and installation of a deep well ground bed at KMP 299 Kohbash, District Mach, on the transmission pipeline network at headquarters Quetta, Balochistan Province. The project is funded under the reserved procurement budget for FY 2026-27, with reference number P94981. This non-consultancy services contract utilizes the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under Open Competitive Bidding, evaluated on a Least Cost Based Selection basis in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and relevant regulations issued by procurement authorities.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, call at deposit, bank guarantee, or bid securing declaration as prescribed in the bidding documents. Bidders must be eligible and registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) platform. The contract award will follow the standard conditions and special conditions detailed in the bidding documents, including an integrity pact and performance guarantee requirements to ensure compliance and project quality.

Sealed e-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before October 5, 2026 at 10:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 10:30 AM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.
